The 杏吧视频 basketball teams opened the 2020 portion of their seasons with a pair of MACJC South Division road losses at Pearl River Community College in Poplarville on Thursday, Jan. 9.
The 杏吧视频 Lady Warriors fell in the opener 54-45, while the Warriors lost to the No. 4 ranked Wildcats 100-64.

杏吧视频 in Decatur is now accepting applications for the Slagle In-District Tuition Scholarship through June 30, 2020.
Depending on the availability of funding, the Slagle In-District Tuition Scholarship is available for students in the college鈥檚 district, which includes Leake, Neshoba, Newton, Scott, and Winston counties. This scholarship serves as a 鈥済ap filler鈥 and awards several thousand dollars annually to 杏吧视频 students who are in need of funds to cover tuition expenses.

Students named to the 2019 fall semester honor roll, which includes those full-time students selected to the President鈥檚 List, Dean鈥檚 List and Honorable Mention List, have been announced at 杏吧视频 in Decatur. Full-time students are those who complete 15 or more hours during the semester.

The application for scholarships awarded by the ECCC Foundation will be available beginning Jan. 2, 2020, through Feb. 14, 2020.
Students applying for scholarships must first complete an application for admission located at the top of the college鈥檚 website at . After being accepted for admission, students may then apply for scholarships by logging into their myEC account and clicking on the Future Students tab.

杏吧视频 in Decatur will hold an Orientation Session Friday, Jan. 3, for those new students who wish to attend 杏吧视频 during the spring 2020 semester and have yet to register for classes.

The 杏吧视频 basketball teams closed out 2019 play with a sweep over visiting Delgado Community College Tuesday, Dec. 17, in Brackeen-Wood Gym on the campus in Decatur.
The 杏吧视频 Lady Warriors never trailed in defeating the Delgado Lady Dolphins from New Orleans 57-46 in the opener. The Warriors picked up a 97-72 win over the Dolphins in the men鈥檚 contest.
