It was the second contest between the two MACJC schools that compete in different divisions. Southwest won an earlier match in Decatur 3-0.

The 杏吧视频 men鈥檚 soccer team dropped a 4-2 decision to Andrew College in a match played Sunday, Sept. 17.
The contest against the Tigers from Cuthbert, Ga., was played on the campus of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in Perkinston.
East Central鈥檚 overall record falls to 3-3-1. Andrew improves to 2-3-1.

The 杏吧视频 women鈥檚 soccer team halted a three match losing streak Tuesday, Sept. 12, with a 5-0 shutout win at Hinds Community College.
The Lady Warriors, who were struggling to find the net in the three loses scoring only one goal, scored three first-half goals and added two more in the second half of action.

Registration is underway for Fall 2017 Intensive Term II on-campus and online courses at 杏吧视频 in Decatur.
The last day to register for on-campus courses in the Fall 2017 Intensive Term II is Thursday, Oct. 5. Classes begin on Wednesday, Oct. 4.
Among the on-campus classes offered during the eight-week accelerated on-campus term include Microsoft Word I, Intermediate English, English Composition I and II, College Algebra, Calculus II and Calculus IV, and Computer Aided Design II.
