Classes begin on Monday, Jan. 8, 2018. The deadline to enroll is Tuesday, Jan. 9.
Online courses begin Tuesday, Jan. 16. The last day to register for online classes is Wednesday, Jan. 17.

The 杏吧视频 men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 basketball teams opened their 2017-18 seasons Thursday, Nov. 2, splitting with the teams from Coahoma Community College in games played in Brackeen-Wood Gym in Decatur.

The 杏吧视频 Gospel Choir will present its annual fall concert at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017, in the Vickers Fine Arts Center on the Decatur campus. Admission is free and the public is invited to attend.
The Rev. Johnny Jones of Newton, a former gospel choir member, will be guest speaker. Zashanti Bender, a student and member of the choir at Newton County High School, will be a guest performer.
Brenda Johnson serves as sponsor of the 杏吧视频 Gospel Choir.

Four members of the 杏吧视频 men鈥檚 soccer team and three members of the women鈥檚 soccer team have been chosen to compete in the 2017 MACJC All-Star Soccer matches Saturday, Nov. 11, at Freedom Ridge Park in Ridgeland. The women鈥檚 match is set for 2 p.m., with the men鈥檚 match to follow at 4:30 p.m.

The 杏吧视频 golf team finished in fifth place and sophomore David Barry finished ninth in the individual standings at the National Junior College Athletic Association D-II National Preview Tournament Oct. 30-31 at Glen Lakes Golf Club in Foley, Ala.
The Warriors, currently ranked No. 10 nationally by golfstat.com, shot a 64-over par 928 over the 54-hole tournament. Barry, out of West Jones High School, shot an eight-over par 224 to finish in ninth place.

The 杏吧视频 Concert Choir and Voc茅 vocal ensemble will present their fall concerts at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, in Vickers Fine Arts Center Auditorium on the Decatur campus. There is no charge for admission and the public is invited to attend.
Choir selections will include 鈥淛azz Cantate,鈥 鈥淗ark! I Hear the Harps Eternal,鈥 鈥淏etelehemu,鈥 and "Breath of Heaven.鈥 Voc茅 will present 鈥淭ime After Time,鈥 鈥淢ary, Did You Know,鈥 and 鈥淒o You Hear What I Hear.鈥
