ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Men’s Basketball Hosting Individual Player Camp June 23-25

The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ men’s basketball program is hosting a summer camp for individual players entering 8th through 12th grades June 23-25 in Brackeen-Wood Gym on the campus in Decatur.
The cost of the three-day, two-night camp is $160 for campers who stay overnight in an ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ residence hall and $130 for commuters.
ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Tennis Teams Both Ranked in Final Top 25 Polls

Both the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ men’s and women’s tennis teams are ranked in the final Oracle/ITA National Junior College Athletic Association Top 25 poll of the spring season.
The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ men are ranked No. 19 in the nation after competing in the NJCAA Division I Men’s Tennis Championship earlier this month, while the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Lady Warriors are ranked No. 24.
ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Announces 2019 Football Schedule

For the first time since the 2016 season, the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ football team will open the season at home.
Head Coach Ken Karcher and his Warriors will open the 2019 season on the synthetic turf of Bailey Stadium as the Northwest Rangers visit Decatur for a 6:30 p.m. kickoff on Thursday, Aug. 29.

ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Men’s Tennis Finishes in Top 20 at National Championship

What is believed to be the first ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ tennis team to compete at a national championship, the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ men’s tennis team returned to Decatur after reaching its goal of a top 20 finish.
Season Ends for ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Lady Warriors in State Softball Tournament

Losses to Northeast and No. 3 Jones College in the 2019 MACJC State Tournament ended the season for the No. 14 ranked ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Lady Warrior softball team.
East Central surrendered a four-run lead in the last two innings in an opening game 10-8 loss to the Northeast Lady Tigers that ended late in the night on May 8.
ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Baseball Season Ends in NJCAA Region 23 Playoffs

The 2019 ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ baseball season came to an end in an NJCAA Region 23 best two-of-three playoff series as the No. 6 ranked Pearl River Wildcats won the third and deciding game 12-4 in seven innings Friday, May 10, in Poplarville.
Pearl River won the opening game of the series 4-3 on May 8. East Central came back to win a 1-0 pitcher’s duel the next morning. The Wildcats then won the clinching game three on May 10 as the two-day series was extended a day due to rain.
