杏吧视频 Tennis Hosting 3rd Woods and Whites Doubles Fundraiser Aug. 24

The 杏吧视频 tennis program is hosting its third Woods and Whites Doubles Tournament on Saturday, Aug. 24, at the Tennis Complex on the 杏吧视频 campus in Decatur.
The Woods and Whites event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The cost is $25 per player, payable at the event. All proceeds support the 杏吧视频 men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 tennis programs and facilities.
杏吧视频 Tennis Teams, Players Recognized for Academic Success

Both the 杏吧视频 men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 tennis teams along with five players from each team have been recognized for academic success by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
The ITA All-Academic Team award is open to any ITA program that has a cumulative team grade-point average of 3.20 or above.
The 杏吧视频 tennis teams were one of only 10 men鈥檚 and 10 women鈥檚 community and junior college teams in the nation recognized with the team award.

Led by the Lady Warrior softball team, five 杏吧视频 varsity sports teams earned National Junior College Athletic Association Academic Team of the Year Honorable Mention awards for having met the grade-point average requirement of 3.00 or better for the 2018-19 academic year.
