ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Softball to Host Prospect Camp Aug. 25
The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ softball program is hosting a Prospect Camp for 9th through 12th grade players Sunday, Aug. 25, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Softball Complex on the campus in Decatur.
Registration begins at 1:15 p.m. on Aug. 25 with coach and player introductions. The camp will consist of skill work, a scrimmage, and a campus tour.

Losses to Northeast and No. 3 Jones College in the 2019 MACJC State Tournament ended the season for the No. 14 ranked ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Lady Warrior softball team.
East Central surrendered a four-run lead in the last two innings in an opening game 10-8 loss to the Northeast Lady Tigers that ended late in the night on May 8.

The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ softball team will begin Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges State Tournament play at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, against the Northeast Lady Tigers at Community Bank Park/Gwen Magee Field on the campus of Jones College in Ellisville.
The No. 12 ranked Lady Warriors will be the No. 4 seed and face No. 5 seed Northeast. East Central swept a doubleheader over Northeast 13-0 and 7-4 in Booneville on April 17.
