The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Warriors took a different route to victory in each game, but came away with two wins Saturday, March 3, in baseball action at the Clark-Gay Baseball Complex on the campus in Decatur.
Walk-Off Double Helps ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Baseball Sweep Northeast

The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Baseball Warriors got the second walk-off hit of the season from freshman Ken Scott for a dramatic 6-5 win in the nightcap and a doubleheader sweep over the Northeast Mississippi Community College Tigers Tuesday, Feb. 27, at the Clark-Gay Baseball Complex in Decatur.
East Central scored six runs in the bottom of the first inning of game one and then held on for a 7-6 win.

ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Warrior Baseball Moves to 4-0 With Sweep of Bevill State

The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Baseball Warriors continued their hot play to start the 2018 season with a road doubleheader sweep of Bevill State Community College Tuesday, Feb. 20, in Fayette, Ala.
East Central took the opening game 10-4 then came from behind to win the nightcap 5-2. The teams played two seven-inning games due to no lights on the Bevill State field.
The Warriors are now 4-0 on the young season.

Rundles to Speak at ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Baseball’s First Pitch Dinner Jan. 26

Gary Rundles, head baseball coach at the University of West Alabama, will be the featured speaker at the annual ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Baseball First Pitch Dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26. The event will be held in the Mabry Memorial Cafeteria on the Decatur campus.
