The No. 16 ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Warriors snapped a three-game losing streak with an extra-inning win in game two and split a baseball doubleheader against the East Mississippi Community College Lions, Sunday, April 8, at Gerald Poole Field in Scooba.
East Central dropped the opener 10-2, but came back to take the second game 7-5 in eight innings.

The No. 17 ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Warriors split a doubleheader with Mississippi Delta Community College on Saturday, March 31, dropping game one 6-5 before coming back to take the nightcap 9-3.
The Mississippi Delta home games were played at Smith-Wills Stadium in Jackson due to wet field conditions in Moorhead.

No. 17 ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Warriors scored eight early runs in the opener and held on for a 12-6 win before losing a heartbreaking 1-0 second game in a baseball doubleheader split with No. 9 Jones County Junior College, Tuesday, March 27, at Community Bank Park in Ellisville.
With the split, East Central is 18-6 overall on the season and 7-1 in MACJC play, which puts the Warriors in second place in the league. The Jones County Bobcats are 18-6 and 5-3.

The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Warriors moved up to No. 5 in the most recent NJCAA Division II Baseball Top 20 Poll before dropping four straight games over two days during Spring Break play at Clark-Gay Baseball Complex in Decatur.
