ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Warriors Drop a Baseball Doubleheader at No. 11 Northwest

The No. 11 ranked Northwest Rangers defeated the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Warriors 16-2 and 3-2 in extra innings in MACJC baseball action Saturday, April 27, at Jim Miles Field on the Northwest campus in Senatobia.
The Warriors are now 20-19 overall on the season and 13-11 in the league. No. 11 Northwest improves to 31-9 overall and 20-6 in the conference.
No. 16 ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Softball Takes Two From Mississippi Delta On Road

The No. 16 ranked ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Lady Warriors collected 28 hits and scored 27 runs in picking up an MACJC softball doubleheader sweep over Mississippi Delta Saturday, April 27, at the Carl and Brenda Grubb Softball Complex in Moorhead.
The Lady Warriors won the opener 10-0 by run-rule in six innings and then took game two 17-1 in five innings. The wins clinched a spot for East Central in the 2019 MACJC State Tournament.

ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Baseball Drops Road Game at Shelton State

The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Warriors picked up an unscheduled game against the Shelton State Community College Bucs on Monday, April 22, and dropped a 7-2 decision in a single nine-inning contest in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
East Central falls to 19-16 overall on the season. NJCAA Division I Shelton State improves to 27-18.
The Warriors last played on Tuesday, April 16, because of rain and picked up the game with Shelton State to avoid going eight days without a contest.
ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ’s Roti Ware Signs with NCAA Division I Stephen F. Austin

ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ sophomore guard Roti Ware has signed a National Letter of Intent to continue his basketball career at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.
The SFA Lumberjacks are members of the NCAA Division I Southland Conference.
ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Softball Picks Up Second Straight Road Sweep Over Ranked Team

For the second time in three days, ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ swept a nationally ranked opponent in MACJC softball doubleheader action. The Lady Warriors took down the No. 16 ranked Northeast Lady Tigers 13-0 and 7-4 in 10 innings in action Wednesday, April 17, in Booneville.
