Registration is underway for ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ’s high school residential boys and girls soccer camps to be held in June on the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ campus in Decatur.
The Summer High School Residential Girls Soccer Camp will be held June 2-4, 2019. The cost is $225 per camper.

ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ will host a Youth Summer Soccer Camp to be held June 17-20 on the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ campus in Decatur.
The Junior Warrior Soccer Camp is for players ages 5-13 and the cost is $80 per player.

An open tryout for the 2019 ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ men’s soccer team will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, at Bailey Stadium on the Decatur campus, announced head men’s soccer coach Kenneth Thompson.
Players will need to bring their own equipment to workout in for the afternoon. All players will have to sign a waiver of liability in order to participate in the tryouts and provide a copy of a current physical.

The season came to an end for both the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ men’s and women’s soccer teams as the Lady Warriors and Warriors dropped matches on late goals against Hinds Community College in action Monday, Oct. 15, in Raymond.
The losses ended the season for both East Central teams as they failed to qualify for the MACJC state playoffs.

The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Warriors snapped a five-match losing streak with a 5-2 soccer win over the visiting Northwest Rangers Friday, Oct. 5, at the Soccer Field on the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ campus in Decatur.
In the women’s match, the Lady Warriors dropped a 3-2 decision to the Northwest Lady Rangers.
East Central got a hat trick from the MACJC North Division’s leading scorer to defeat the Rangers. Sophomore midfielder Vitor Gomes from Fortaleza, Brazil, scored three goals to pace the Warriors in the 5-2 win.

The Itawamba men’s and women’s soccer teams picked up MACJC North Division wins over the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Lady Warriors and Warriors in matches played Wednesday, Oct. 3, on the ICC campus in Fulton.
The Lady Indians took the women’s match over East Central 5-4. The Lady Warriors fought back from a 3-1 deficit in the second half to move in front 4-3 with 19:43 to play. Itawamba would get the game-winner on a header with 1:36 to play.

The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Lady Warriors picked up a 1-0 shutout over the Gulf Coast Lady Bulldogs, while the East Central men dropped a 4-0 decision to the Bulldogs in soccer action Friday, Sept. 28, on the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ campus in Decatur.
