The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Lady Warriors picked up their second straight win on Monday night, February 7, with a 72-42 thumping of the Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs. With the win, the Lady Warriors are back at .500 with a 9-9 overall record and a 5-6 MACCC mark. The Lady Bulldogs fell to 1-18, 1-10 on the season.

The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Warriors pushed the No. 20 East Mississippi Lions to the limits on Thursday night, Feb. 3, as ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ tied the game at 57-57 midway through the second half, unfortunately, EMCC was able to sneak out a 74-65 victory down the stretch. ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ fell to 4-12, 2-8 on the year, while the Lions improved to 15-4, 8-2. The game was played on the EMCC campus in Scooba.

It was a battle on Thursday night, Feb. 3, but the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Lady Warriors ended a three-game losing streak with a stellar 59-49 win over the East Mississippi Lady Lions. With the win, the Lady Warriors improve to 8-9, 4-6 on the year, while the Lady Lions fall to 8-10, 5-5.

The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ football team capitalized on National Signing Day on Wednesday as the Warriors picked up 25 players to join the team for the 2022 season.
The Warriors are coming off a 3-6, 2-4 season in 2021 and looked to add the right pieces to build on that record going into the summer.

Mother nature got the win today in McComb as both of the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ tennis matches against the Southwest Mississippi Community College Bears were suspended in the middle of play due to rain.
The rain began to fall as soon as the doubles teams were taking the court at 2 p.m., which resulted in a three-hour delay in play. The teams finally got back on the courts at 5 p.m. and got two hours of action in before the weather came through for a second time, forcing the suspension.

The Lady Warriors of ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ had a tough loss on Monday night, January 31, as the team traveled to Wesson to take on the Co-Lin Lady Wolves. ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ fell in the contest, 77-45, and dropped to 7-9, 3-6 on the year. Co-Lin improved to 11-7, 5-4 on the year.

The ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Warriors fired off a 12-1 run in the final three minutes on Monday night, January 31, but it was not enough as the Co-Lin Wolves took down ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ in Brackeen-Wood Gymanisum, 74-66. The loss dropped the Warriors to 4-11, 2-7 on the year, while the Wolves improved to 6-11, 3-6.

The Warriors of ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ had a stellar start to the 2022 season on Friday afternoon, January 28, as the team blew by the Northeast Tigers, 9-0. The Warriors are now 1-0 in the young season.
