The Warriors of ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ fell to 2-3-1 on the season on Sunday afternoon, April 18, as the Mississippi Gulf Coast Bulldogs got a 3-1 victory. The match was held on Gulf Coast's turf football field at A.L. May Memorial Stadium due to wet weather.
The Warriors were in control early with a goal from (Long Beach). The score came off a corner-kick assists from (Forest) and took the Warriors to the half with a 1-0 advantage.
The Bulldogs capitalized on set pieces in the second half as three goals found the back of the net, all off corner kicks.
The goals put MGCCC on top, 3-1, and the Warriors were unable to equal them down the stretch.
The Warriors do not return to the pitch until Friday, April 23 as ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ plays host to the Holmes Bulldogs at Bailey Stadium in Decatur. The men are scheduled for a 3 p.m. kickoff and fans can watch the game live at
