October 12, 2019

A goal in the 49th minute propelled the East Central Lady Warriors to a 1-0 win over the visiting Hinds Lady Eagles, while the Warriors dropped a 4-1 match to MACJC North Division-leading Hinds in matches played Friday, Oct. 11, at Bailey Stadium on the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ campus in Decatur.

It was Sophomore night for the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ teams as nine Lady Warriors and three Warriors were honored between matches.

Sophomore forward Leah Anderson (Leyland, United Kingdom) scored her team-leading 14th goal of the season on a penalty kick to give the Lady Warriors the win.
