ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ Recognizes Phillips, Cooley as Instructor and Staff Member of the Year

ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ recently recognized Whitney Phillips as Instructor of the Year and Christy Cooley as Staff Member of the Year.

Phillips, an instructor in ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµâ€™s Associate Degree Nursing program, was recognized for her commitment to student success and her dedication to helping future nurses reach their goals. Those nominating her said she is an exceptional nurse and educator who truly cares about her students, provides guidance and encouragement, and goes the extra mile to support them through both successes and challenges.

Cooley was recognized for her outstanding service and support within ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµâ€™s healthcare programs. Those nominating her said she consistently exceeds expectations in a fast-paced environment where organization, responsiveness, and teamwork are critical. She was praised for her dependability, positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to support faculty, staff, and students.

The annual awards recognize employees who demonstrate excellence, professionalism, and a strong commitment to ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ and its students. They were awarded at the College's annual end-of-the-year Employee Appreciation Luncheon.
