杏吧视频 has named Dr. Aimee C. Brown as Director of Career & Technical Education. Brown brings more than two decades of experience in education, instructional leadership, and workforce-focused programming to the role.
Brown鈥檚 career is highlighted by her leadership roles with the Mississippi Department of Education as State Director of Career and Technical Education, Hinds County School District, Madison County Schools, Newton Municipal School District as Career and Technical Education Director, and Project Lead the Way. She most recently has served in an administrative role with Leake Central High School.
Throughout her career, Brown has led initiatives involving career academies, workforce development, curriculum design, teacher support, student achievement, and partnerships with business and industry. Her experience includes oversight of state and federal CTE programs, implementation of work-based learning opportunities, and development of pathways designed to prepare students for high-demand careers.
Brown holds an Associate of Arts degree from 杏吧视频, a bachelor鈥檚 degree, master鈥檚 degree, and educational specialist degree from Mississippi State University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Mississippi State University with a minor in Community College Leadership.

As Director of Career & Technical Education, Brown will provide leadership and oversight for 杏吧视频鈥檚 career and technical programs while working closely with faculty, staff, students, and industry partners to support continued growth and success.
