Four members of the ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ Lady Warrior soccer team and three members of the Warrior soccer team were selected to play in the 2019 MACJC Soccer Sophomore All-Star Matches on Saturday, Nov. 16.
The women’s match is set for Noon, with the men’s match to follow at 2:30 p.m. on the Ridgeland Campus of Holmes Community College.
The East Central players will complete for the North squads.
Those named to the North Division Women All-Stars from East Central were forward Leah Anderson of Leyland, United Kingdom; goalkeeper Emily Pitts of Pearl; midfielder Lia Richardson of Huntingdon, United Kingdom; and midfielder Macey Spencer of Florence. Brandon Mitchell of Hinds Community College is the head coach.
Those named to the North Division Men All-Stars from East Central were midfielder Jake Cockroft of Kosciusko, midfielder/defender Joel Hill of Newton County, and midfielder Terrell Johnson of Jackson Murrah. Matt Convertino of Holmes Community College is the head coach.
